Description: Horse and flowers carved from tourmaline set with 1.94 carat pear tsavorite, orange sapphires, red sapphires, a piece of 10 mm south sea pearl, diamonds, buff top tsavorite , small akoya pearls set in 18 karat white and yellow gold.
